| Credentials Requests for the World of Outlaw “SIX NATIONS SHOWDOWN” at Ohsweken Speedway presented by Arrow Express |
All Writers, Photographers, and Electronic media who will be attending the “World of Outlaw – SIX NATIONS SHOWDOWN” presented by Arrow Express on July 30/31 must file a request through their editor to Ken Pelkie, Director of Racing Operations by e-mail to pelkiekj@ebtech.net or fax to (519) 542-1168 no later than Monday, July 26th in order to be given consideration for credentials. Confirmation will be sent by return e-mail / fax by Tuesday night, July 27th to those who are not already confirmed.
As many requests as possible will be honored however, Ohsweken Speedway reserves the right to refuse any request if volumes become unmanageable. Infield access will be and strictly enforced.
All vendors must also submit requests in the same manner and will be notified by return e-mail if approved.
Sponsors may also request credentials through the same contact by July 26th.
All credentials must be picked-up at the Pit Gate sign-in booth.
Infield admission will be by special wrist band and issued vest only obtained in the tech barn from Cheryl Pelkie on race day.
NO WALK-UPS will be accepted on race-day. No new Pit Parking will be available and is restricted to those already issued 2010 parking passes.
